Access list has been cleared. This is because the operation(s) that the user can get Q to perform regardless of whether they are sec 1 or sec 4 or seniors is the SAME. The only difference now is that a sec 4 can remove the access of a sec 1. However, this should not be the case as sec 4 should have more privilege and sec 1 less.
