Man’s beliefs… shaken not stirred…. |
It snug between us and tore us apart. Distance gave way to time and time gave way to patience. But not forever. All good things must come to an end even when you fight it. You became that shadow at night moving in the distance far away impossible to touch. Soon you faded in the morning light and as the Moon rose once again to greet the night I looked up at the stars and never saw another shadow. |
