My name is Fried Kampes (Fried is Dutch for Geoff). I'm a 64 year old male from the Netherlands. I live in Randwijk, a small village just south of Wageningen. Untill some years ago I was a professional librarian at Wageningen Agricultural) university. Now I'm retired, and I enjoy that immensely! I weakly try to keep the house clean and whole, and have dinner on the table for the three of us around six in the evening. Three hours a day I am a driver of a schoolbus. The rest of the hours are mine....

I've been into photography for the last 30-something years, starting with film and the Fujica ST 701 and ST 801. I've been working in digital now for the past five years using the Nikon Coolpix 950 and, since some two months, the Nikon D50 dSLR. I hope to show you some of my results here...
I am not a professional photographer, but I do try very hard to learn. I sincerely hope that shows in the next pages!!
