The Blob

Normally remakes fail in comparison to the originals. I never saw the original from 1950, but I thought this one was alright. The special effects were decent, and the story was alright. I liked who the typical good guy Paul got killed off early, and the hero ended up being the punk Brian. I also liked when they killed off the little kid. nice touch. All in all, a 3 out of 5.
