Basket Case

The one really bad thing about his movie that made it almost unwatchable was the sound quality. For a while, it was nearly impossible to understand what the people were saying. Other than that, I found this movie to be entertaining. The story of seperated Siamese twins looking for revenge was cool, and the freak in the basket case was errie too. The stop-and-go animation used to move the freak was kind of bad, but what do you expect from 1982? Maybe they should have used a puppet or something. 3 out of 5.

Characters

• Duane: Nice boy with an afro, going to NYC for the first time.
• Sharon: Redeptionist who falls for Duane. A pretty big mistake, considering he has a very jealous freak twin. Stangled.
• Belial: Duane's freak Siamese twin who was seperated by an operation. He's basically a head and a pile of flesh. Falls to his death.
• Casey: Woman who lives in the hotle where Duane is staying. I think she's a whore or something. She's nosey, and talks to herself a lot.
• Dr. Judith: One of three doctors who seperater Duane from Belial. She's a vet. I'm not sure why they'd call a vet from New Your to travel to perform this operation, but she dies very brutaly.
• Dr. Harold & Dr. Julius: The other two doctors. Also die.
