I've created this page with only one thing in mind. Your progress. I know how frustrating it is to try all of the champs routines and bust your ass in the gym everyday. And then come up with nothing to show for it except for sore joints and fatigue.
I guess the big question here is what have you got to lose? If your training is stale, and you're not progressing, you need to make a change. This page could very well provide the change that you need. Anyway, on to the advise. Follow ALL of the links below and read them, print them, read them again, and then try them! You won't be sorry.
