What a productive week! Not only did we decide to start this little Garagism project, but we kicked it off with two successful missions. Steve, AJ, and Reese all piled into Steves pimpmobile and headed for the sweet hills of St. Elizabeth Seton in Mississauga, Ontario.
The first mission, Bun Boarding, was thought of by Reese several nights before. Steve and Reese had tried it already, but without a camera and with one big difference...Now there would be snow. Bun Boarding consists of riding a cheap ass flimsy plastic sled down a hill, kind of like a snowboard. Up next was Operation: Kill Steve with paintballs. In the planning stages this sounded like an awesome idea. Getting shot with paintballs looks totally killer, and I thought it wasnt gonna hurt that much. Lets just say I still have welts, but do yourselfs a favour and either check it out on the missions page or click here.
We got maybe 10 minutes of usable film this week, so we are all pretty pumped about it. All in all, we took maybe 60 - 70 pictures, so look for more to be on the website. We have a couple more missions in place for next week, but we arent gonna let anything out of the bag. Look for more people to be part the Garagism Missions in the following months. Till then. |
