END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR:

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
This license agreement ("License") is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and Salman Ashraf. At the
end of the License you will be asked to accept this License and
continue to install. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the
Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If
you do not agree to the terms of this License, promptly return the
unused Software to the place from which you obtained it for a full
refund.


1. EVALUATION PERIOD:  You may use a Shareware Copy of the Product 
for an evaluation period of up to 15 trials, in order to determine
whether the Product meets your needs before purchasing it. Once 
the evaluation period ends, you agree to either purchase a 
Registered Copy of the Product, or to stop using it.


2. USE OF THE PRODUCT:  While you are evaluating the Product, you 
must not (a) defeat, or try to defeat, messages in the Product which
encourage users to register; (b) modify or prepare derivative works
of the Product; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the
Product; (d) and you can not modify this license or any other file 
that come with the Product. Files included in flocker.exe are:

3. CONDITIONS OF USE:  Folder Lock is a fast file security
software that does not encrypt each and every file in the locker
(which is of course more secure but a time consuming method).
It locks your files and folders using a unique ascii conversion
techinque. It's meant to lock files that do not require super
time consuming encryption and therefore it is not an encryption
program according to the U.S. export restrictions. It makes your
files and folders locked such that they do not appear in the find
file dialog box after search. It is useful to hide sensitive
files and folders but not very valuable material.


4.  DISTRIBUTING SHAREWARE COPIES:  You may make 
copies of your unregistered Shareware Copy of the Product to give
to others, however you may not sell Shareware Copies of the 
Product for a profit. Distributing the registration key (that
you obtain after buying) is Illegal and strickly implemented.
This also applies to the fact that the registration key is for
one user only and registered product can only be used by one
person. Also, you may not: (a) distribute registered versions of
the Product; (b) ship incomplete versions of the Product;
(c) defeat, or try to defeat, messages in the Product which
encourage users to register their software or actively discourage
user registration in any other way.


5. CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION KEY FEASIBILITY:
Registration key of the product is associated with the
computer name of the user's computer. This ensures that no
unauthorized people are using the product. However, this may
lead to problem if the user changes his computer name by
(1)installing the platform again with a different computer
name (2) or by manually changing the windows settings through
registry or any other means. In any such case the author
is not responsible for it. Therefore, having a same computer
name is required.


6. COSTS LITIGATION:  If any action is brought by either party
to this License Agreement against the other party regarding the
subject matter hereof, the prevailing party shall be entitled to
recover, in addition to any other relief granted, reasonable
attorney fees and expenses of litigation.


7. SEVERABILITY: Should any term of this License Agreement be
declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such declaration shall have no effect on the
remaining terms hereof. 


8.  WARNING:  This product is protected by copyright law
and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or
distribution of this program, or any portion of it, may
result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will
be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the
law.


9.  LEGAL DISCLAIMER: THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE
QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS WITH YOU.
SHOULD THE PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST
OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. IN NO
EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR, COMPANY, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO
MAY HAVE DISTRIBUTED THE PRODUCT IS RESPONSIBLE. THE
AUTHOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU IF YOU ABUSE THE
PRODUCT. DELETING, MODIFYING OR RENAMING THE FILES
INCLUDED OR PLAYING WITH REGISTRY CAN CREATE PROBLEMS.
