            The Lougher Family Pedigree

This is the pedigree of the Lougher Family which descends in the male-line through the medieval kings of Glamorgan [Morgannwg], who descended in the male-line through native local governors in Roman Britain, the "civitates" of Gwent, who descended in the male-line from the pre-Roman British kings of Iron Age Britain, the Celtic "Brehins" [High-Kings], that is, the Old British Royal House; a descendance traceable in the male-line [at the time of this writing] some 66/67/68 generations over 2000 years! The Lougher Family represents Britain's original national dynasty traditionally descended from Brutus, called "first" King of Britain by Geoffrey of Monmouth, who placed Brutus in history at [circa] 1100BC.
