Eldar and Protoss History
The Eldar themselves, can be compares to the Elves of earth in psyical appearance. However nothing goes past that similarity. The Eldar are a group of time refugees, fleeing a monstorous enemy called the Tyranids that in their time - the year 40,000 - suceeded in ovewhelming the Imperium of man. The Tyranids decimated the Eldar fleets, and only several refugees were able to flee through time to the present years. The Eldar Fleet quickly grows again, under the guidance of the Protoss. The Eldar refugee ship, a battered Void Stalker cruiser, the Temporal Avenger entered in what was Eldar space in 40,000, and now Protoss space in this year.
The Eldar and Protoss found themselves much in common. Both highly potent psykers were in their ranks, Eldar Farseers and Protoss Templar. An alliance was forged, Humanoid Protoss and Elfin Eldar. Together the Protoss prepare to aid the Eldar when the time comes to journey back, and reclaim the galaxy from the Tyranids.
