Powers:

Warp Bolt- Preps Required:2.
By channeling Warp Energy into the user's body, one can project it into a point of expulsion until the energy is concentrated enough it will burst. Popular points of expulsion are fingertips and palms.

Mind War- Preps Required:4.
Once enough energy is gathered, the user can channel this energy into his own self, empowering his mind and allowing him to delve into a purely Psionic Realm and infiltrate the opponent's mind if no resistance is put up.

Spirit Blast- Preps Required:5.
Eldar spirits are released from the seer rune and shriek towards the target. This missile travels at 3 meters per second, as the spirits seek their target, ignoring any physical armour protection. hit. After the attack the spirits are immediately 'sucked' back into the seer rune.

The Wraith Wings- Preps Required:6.
This allows the Seer to literally fly, albeit for a small period of time over short distances. Once the Seer manages to focus the warp energy into the rune, a ghostly aura resonates around his form (noticeable to anyone with Psychic Sense) giving the Seer the power of flight.

Destructor- Preps Required:9(or more. Power is stronger for each consecutive prep after 9).
To use Destructor the user must channel power into his being or rune, and once enough is channeled he releases a Psionic wave that will cause a Psionic Backlash into the mind of any nearby Psyker.

The Executioner- Preps Required:20.
The very powerful psychic attack allows the Warlock to do battle in hand-to-hand combat against any character within range. The Eldar's spirit suddenly materialises next to the desired target to attack and counts as charging. This is enough to cause fear. The combat is fought exactly as if the real Eldar character is fighting, including weapons and armour. Although the Eldar cannot be wounded in this combat if he loses a combat round, i.e. he suffers more wounds than his opponent or suffers a 'fatal' result, then Executioner is instantly nullified

Eldritch Storm- Preps Required:25.
The Eldritch Storm is the epitome of Eldar psychic power. By gathering enough power into his self he then infuses it as he expells it outwards into the clouds and sky above, causing dozens of bolts of Warp enhanced lightning to crash down upon the area. The bolts not only cause massive psyical damage, but also anyone struck by them will take a massive Mental Backlash.

Note: Although Edrad's current alignment is Eldar, and therefore "Good", he still uses the Chaos influenced Nurgle symbiote because he has bested Chaos mentally, and it serves as a useful weapon/armor.
