Ensign
|
The everyday workers. Everyone starts here. They are responsible for getting things done and done on time!
|

|
Second Lieutenant |
Workers/Supervisors. These officers will be in command of small units of other Second Liuetenants and Ensigns. They will report to thier commanders each week.
|
|

|
Lieutenant |
Supervisor/Workers. These officers oversee the everday running of thier assigned units within thier fleet. They will report once a week to the Lt. Commander of thier assigned fleet.

|
Lieutenant Commander |
Second in command of his/her assigned Fleet. These officers report to the Commander of thier Fleet once a week.
|

|
Commander |
This officer will command a Fleet within the Forces. They will have free reign to do as they see fit with thier Fleet provided it is in line with the goals of the Forces. This officer will report to the Captain of thier Forces once a week.

|
Captain |
Second in command of one of the Forces. This officer takes reports from thier Commanders and relays that information on to thier commanding officer once a week.

|
Commodore |
Commander of one of the Forces. This officer will command a Force taking his orders from the Section Commanders. He will report to those section commanders at least once a week.

|
Rear Admiral |
This officer is in charge of the smallest of the Sections. The Rear Admiral will report any and all findings to the Admiral any time it is necessary.

|
Lieutenant Admiral |
Commanding officer of the second smallest Section. The officer will report any and all findings to the Admiral any time it is necessary.
|
|
11
|
Vice Admiral |
The commanding officer of the largest Section. This officer will report findings to the Admiral when deemed necessary, no less than once per week.

|
Admiral |
The Chief of Cartel Operations. The Admiral will stay in contact with the Grand Admirals any time he is available. His job is to report all findings, and set the parameters for the Sections, Forces and Fleets. He reports ONLY to the Grand Admirals.

|
Grand Admiral |
The Grand Admirals. They are the Commanders in Chief of the Cartel. They will make the command decisions for the PA and relay those to the Admiral. They are responsible for the running of the PA and its command structure.
