This is eventually going to be quite a complicated site, catering to just about everything I am interested in. For the moment, it is simply what it is. If you wish to find something interesting, you may end up having to go somewhere else. But, maybe you will find some of this intriguing, and stay to find out about the world around us.
NOTA BENE means 'note well' in Latin. It is the working title of an independent paper that my friend and I have envisioned, but will probably never actually manifest. The concept of an information source based primarily on empirical observation and deductive reasoning with a lack of corporate or government influence remains important to me, though, and I intend to at least partially carry that out through the site you have stumbled so fortuitously upon.
If this means anything significant to you, dear reader, feel free to explore.
NOTE: Nota Bene actually does exist in written form now. The articles can be seen in Current Events. They will be posted as often as I feel like it.
SECOND NOTE: On May 22, 2003, 2 paragraphs from my article, The Persecution of Drunkeness, were read on the national radio show, "America Live". I am very proud that for the first time, my opinions were given national attention.
