In recovery we all need a chance to feel free to talk about our situations openly and honestly without fear.

Our goal is to offer support for everyone.

Our chat room offers help for those who are in aa, na have problems with eating disorders, depression, ga etc and are survivors of incest and rape.

Our chats at night are mixed our room is open to anyone who is in recovery or who has an interest in recovery.

Our hosts will not tolerate bashings or harrasment of any kind from anyone in the room.

In the past we used substances to help us through life. Now being sober/clean we have to learn how to deal with feelings and emotions and its hard. Sometimes we feel a lot of confusion. Its okay to talk about it in our chats most of us have been there. Remember in sharing our experience, strength and hope we help each other.

We will be adding alanon and coda chats soon.

Our Lambda chat will be held on Thursdays,
from 4:00 pm est til 7:00 pm.
