The contracting parties, Reaffirming their desire for the organisation of a system of collective security, hereby agree to the following terms: Article 1: The undersigning nations hereby form a defensive military alliance inorder to protect the undersigning Communist/Socialist/Marxist nations from the opression of Governments bent on overthrowing them. Article 2: The undersigning nations will assist one another during times of great economic need. I.E. economic 'implosion'. Article 3: The undersigning nations shall share in the benifits a group consciousness, remaining seperate, yet sharing technologies to further all nations within the alliance. Article 4: The undersigning nations shall conduct tariff free trading between one another. |
