Welcome to the Twin City Storm Semi-Pro Football team web page. The Storm came into existence in the summer of 2003, and we are a member of the Midwest Football League (M.F.L.) With two quality college football teams in town, and some great high school teams as well, we look forward to developing a great football tradition in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. The Storm's first season in 2003 produced a 3-7 record. Last year, the Storm improved to 9-4, which included the team's first playoff victory
