About Me
Not a lot of info to put here, so I decided to make it a bit of a QnA format to make things a little bit more interesting for you.
What's your name?
Krishnan Rajagopal
Where do you live?
Planet Earth. Hope to get off the planet ASAP. Currently camping at Bangalore, India
Where are you from?
I was born in Bangalore but spent most of my life in Chennai, India. (I was about to say something terribly clever (or terribly stupid) like Quentulus Quazgar Mountains in Sevorbeupstry on the planet of Preliumtarn in Sun-Zarss, Galactic Sector QQ7 Active J Gamma but thought better of it :-) )
How tall are you?
Does it matter?
How much do you weigh?
Between 0 and 1000 kilograms. Move on to the next question, please, thank you!
Do you wear glasses?
Yes... but I wear contact lenses most of the times though. Simply because I have a rather nasty tendency to sit on my glasses, break them, and then run around for months with a piece of tape wrapped around the broken glass. :-)
How much have you studied?
Depends! I got through High School, got through four years of studying Electrical/Electronics Engineering, read quite a bit about computers and by the looks of things, looks like I might have to keep studying until the day I die. (I am particularly pathetic at Mathematics )
Where do you work?
I work at a computer company earning enough to keep me happy. That's more than enough info for you! :-D
Are you involved in a relationship?
Depends on who's asking. If it's a guy, the answer is "Thank you very much, I'm as straight as can be "and if its a girl "I am not, maybe you're the One I'm looking to find." :-)
Hobbies?
Yeah, I got a couple. It mostly involves reading books, listening to music and playing games on the PC and the PS2, hanging out with friends, scouting around for something to click a photo of.
What're your favorite books?
I doubt if the entire webspace I have here is enough, but here's a sampler. The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy books, pretty much all of Michael Crichton, Anne Rice, Robin Cook, Dean Koontz, Stephen King, Adrian Matthew, Matthew Reilly, Dan Brown. A lot of scientific/astrophysics stuff by Richard Feynman, Stephen Hawking, Steven Weinberg, Carl Sagan, etc.
Your favorite music?
It spans a lot of genres all the way from Instrumental to Rock. Some of the bands I like include Boyzone, BSB, MLTR, Green Day, Rage Against the Machine, Celine Dion, Avril Lavigne, JS Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, you name it.
Favorite movies?
Hmm, this is taking more time than I would have thought. Let's see - A lot of romantic stuff like Casablanca, An affair to remember, Gone with the wind, Titanic, A walk in the clouds, City of Angels, Wings of desire, action/adventure stuff from The Matrix, The Lord of the Rings, the Alien series, animation movies from Aladdin, Ice Age, Shrek 1/2 to Finding Nemo, and a lot more than I can't remember.
What was the last movie you watched?
"Hide and seek". Awesome!

The last book you read?
Michael Crichton - State of Fear

The last game you played?
Prince of Persia - The Sands of Time for the fourth time over. Currently playing Prince of Persia - Warrior Within.
Things you love the most?
Getting drenched in a downpour, tinkering with computers, the smell of a new book, digging my toes into a fluffy carpet, lying in bed late on a Sunday morning with a nice cup of coffee, lying down on a tall terrace at night and watching the sky, collecting photos of galaxies, stars and pretty much anything that looks good. And oh, yes, making friends with people online. :-)
I think I'm done...
Well, about time. :-) I was about to die of a DVT clot in my arms. :-)
