There is no need

 to be alone or single

you always a friend

here, hang your shingle

The pain that you feel

is quite real and true

you must combat

so you won't feel blue

To reach out is one thing

but the ability to hear

is what a good friend is

and always near 

We all have felt pain

in some form or another

but that is why you have friends

a sister or brother

Cry not my dear friend

as I sit by your side

I'll wipe away tears

and your sadness won't hide

For with me by your side

and the Lord up above

we'll help you to see

the sunshine and love

So hide not in pain

but reach out your hand

for your friends and family

do think you're grand
