Dartmouth

Criteria Score Evaluation
First Paragraph 2 Don't let the President of the school write the first paragraph (from the About Dartmouth section.) Although this first page can be followed up with more information about the College, the first one is very bland and boring. There seems too either be too much information (which is ussually useless, unless you're researching the history of the school.)
Visual Appeal 2 There is one, if that, picture per page and the background is monotonal. The Web page is uniform in design, but looks dull.
Organization 4 There are many links that break down the information about the school on the site into specifics, but often when you get to the most specific pages there is too much information.
Useful Info 3 There is a lot of information, but most of it is useless. The admissions section, although, has some useful information about due dates and how to apply.
Non-cluttered 4 There isn't too much of anything, besides text.
Load Speed 5 Text loads fast.
Totals 20 This Site looks very boring, but does has some useful information.
Evaluation of the Dartmouth.
This Web page just doesn't have the visual appeal I need to keep my attention. Unless you really need to find something on this site, you wouldn't be on it for long. This small town college seems to have a "small town web page."

This website provides information useful to people wanting to apply, and for students. People wanting to apply can learn how to, and students at the university can find information about the libraries, and can even use the online libraries.
