Hi there, my name's Al and this is my site! Its about mountain biking - and i try and take a little time to give you some cool maps that are easy to follow and should help you do some great trail riding! Some are based round Cardiff itself and so you can just ride from your house, others you may need to drive to (or bus/train to). Either way have fun! As you have probably noticed I haven't included much on Afan Argoed or Cwmcarn cos there is already plenty of info about these, and they are easy to follow anyway!
