Want even more Power? Introducing
"Templates" for Cloaker...
When you use Cloaker, it will work "straight out of the box". All you need to do is change
the keywords and URLs to reflect your product, service, or affiliate promotion.
But for those looking for even more power, Cloaker can do ANYTHING! Indeed, by using
Templates, you can make Cloaker display even more super-optimized pages to the engines.
Templates tell Cloaker exactly what to display each time a search
engine spider visits. This way, you can present keywords, content, links, and HTML that is
indistinguishable from your site, which get better listings, and better rankings.
You can design these Templates easily. Just like the old "Mad Libs" (in the USA at
least), you can write something like this:
Template 1: [greeting]! Cloaker is [adverb]
[adjective], allowing
[person] to
[benefit].
When Cloaker "reads" [adverb] it will randomly select a word from this list. And, of
course, you can completely control all of the words in this list. You can even make your
own lists of words -- for instance, you might have a list called [addresses] which returns a
random address, [mortgage_terms] which will return a real estate word, and so on.
The result of my simple example is below. Click on a link to see it regenerate itself:
The power of Cloaker is its total flexibility. I can easily add many more small Templates
and tell Cloaker to randomly combine them. For example, in the next example I add another
Template:
Template 1: [greeting]! Cloaker is [adverb]
[adjective], allowing
[person] to
[benefit].
Template 2: Of course, Cloaker is [adjective]
[versatile]. You can quickly
[change].
And then I tell Cloaker to randomly display between 3 and 9 of these two recipes. The
result is below:
As you can see, just by spending a few minutes you can create very real content. Of course,
you will design pages that are more in-tune to what you are trying to sell. Remember: the
engines increasingly "test" pages for how real they appear. By using Templates, you can
create more realistic, more optimized, and better pages.
You can create even richer pages, of course, by including actual HTML in your recipes. I'm
not an expert at designing HTML (as you can tell), but I added the following:
Header: <HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>[t_title]</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY bgcolor=[t_lightcolor]><BR><BR>
<center>
<table bgcolor=white width=[t_width] style="border: 2pt solid
[t_darkcolor]"><tr><td>
<font face=verdana size=-1>
<h2>[t_greeting]</h2>
Template 1: [greeting]! Cloaker is [adverb]
[adjective], allowing
[person] to
[benefit].
Template 2: Of course, Cloaker is [adjective]
[t_versatile]. You can quickly
[t_change].
Footer:
</td></tr></table>
</center>
</BODY>
</HTML>
And here is the result... (remember to click on a link to see it regenerated):
