Down to earth Vajrayana teachings.

  • Transforming the everyday into the sacred.

To begin with I would like to thank all my teachers, Thrangu Rinpoche, Situ Rinpoche, Akong Rinpoche and lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche, and to HH Karmapa Ugyen Trinley Dorje for all their kindness and teachings over the years.

The Tibetan traditions contain all three Buddhist Yana's or methods of pracitice within in their Vajrayana lineages, and the sadhana that are practiced and recited contain all these paths in a set order, Nikaya (Theravadan), Mahayana and Vajrayana.

I would like to make available this methodolagy and reasoning via a work by Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye (1813-1899) a remarkable teacher and a man who preserved many lineages that could have died out without his dedication and determination. You may wish to purchase the translation of this work by Sarah Harding "Creation & Completion" as it contains both the English translation and Tibetan text.

I will be going into more detail and deepth with examples and explainations from other sources and my own annecdotes.
This is just one way of looking at this commentary and I would advise anyone to seek out a teacher of a reputable lineage for further studies. (please see links page) I hope you will enjoy my small Dharma effort.
