My name is Hai Ho Nguyen. I am interesting in the teaching position. I am currently the CEO of Liberty Nursing Registry, http://www.libertynursingregistry.com . My education background is included Ph.D. H.S. (In progress), MBA, and B.S. in Biology.
My working experiences are includes College Math and Chemistry Tutor (1 year), Customer Services Representative, Unit Secretary, EKG, Telemetry Technician, Medical Assistant, Staffing Coordinator, Payroll Coordinator, Property Manager, and Chief Executive Officer. My duties as a CEO of Liberty Nursing Registry are consisted of: Managed human resources (deciding salary range, hiring and terminating), obtained contract with hospitals (clients), in charged and conducted the marketing program, audited financial resources, supervised staffs, and managed daily operation.
I am interested in becoming a Professor in Business/Management/Marketing, Healthcare/Math/Biology or Administrator/Counselor because I wanted to pass my knowledge and experiences to students and others. In addition, Experienced with many different employment positions, from Secretary to CEO, I had opportunities to observe and learn the infrastructures of conducting and managing the workplaces from many levels. I also experienced that some supervisors and managers have lack of knowledge in managing, marketing, and employee relation issues. I wish I have an opportunity to consult and advise them. Being a professor, I have chances to pass my business and healthcare knowledge to students and transform them to become good business leaders or healthcare professionals.
