Everyday you learn a technique, you will receive 5% of your intelligence as extra points. When Mastering the technique, you will receive 10% of your intelligence as extra points. Here's an example: Say you learn cheap shot, it takes 3 days, u get 5% of your intelligence for 3 days worth. Then you can master the move later on, and get 10% of your intelligence for 3 days worth. ALSO, very important, each technique can only be used once per battle unless otherwise noted
Stop Techniques
Requirments:
Minimum intelligence of 5,000
3 day learning process(6 to master)
Can learn a max of 3 stop techniques* 1 Stop Tech Per Battle*

Cheap Shot: A harmful stop technique where the opponet is hit in a sensitive area.
Stop Opponent 1 round/2 if mastered
Ice Breeze: A cold blast of air that makes the opponent drop his guard.
Stop Opponent 1 round/2 if mastered
Cosmic Halo: Several rings of energy that are thrown around an opponent holding him defenseless.
Stop Opponent 1 round/2 if mastered
Bright Imprisonment: A shell of energy that holds only evil opponents in.

Imprisonment: A shell of energy that holds any fighter.

Laser Wires: Small strands of energy almost not visable to the eye that tie up the opponent.

Shadow Imprisonment: A shell of energy that holds only the purest of fighters.

Solar Flare: A bright blast of light that blinds the opponent.

Tail Grab: By grabbing the saiyans tail, you can make him defenseless and lose his sense for awhile.

Time Freeze: By holding your breath, you can attack your opponent without worrying about him attacking back.

Trashtalking: A manuever most used by Hercule, where he says a bunch of mindless nonsense to confuse the stronger opponent.

Whistle: By creating the high pitched noise(commonly known as whistling) you can make a namekian lose his concentration.

Medium Techniques
Requirements:
Minimum Intelligence of 7,500
3 day learning process(6 to master)
Flight and Splitform can be learned no matter what your intelligence is
Barrier: A large shell of energy that protects you from ki blasts and physical attacks, but cannot stop elite attacks.
Blocks 1 attack/2 if mastered
Drunken Master: By staggering and wobbling around you make your opponent drop his guard.
Makes the next attack undodgeable *1 time if learned/2 times per battle if mastereed*
Energy Donation: When in the heat of battle, if you're losing and you have a teammate helping you fight, they can donate some of their vitality to yours.
Gives 10% of a fighter's vitality in battle to a teammate
Adrenaline Rush: A inner powerup that increases your adrenaline flow.
Next attack uses 50% less ki/100% less(or uses no ki)if mastered
Minimizer: By shrinking your size, you can dodge attacks easier, but your attack damage will be lowered because of your small size.
Twice the dodges but 50% of the attack damage/can be used 2 times in battle if mastered
Kiai: By screaming a fighter can disperse an incoming energy attack.
Blocks low attack/medium if mastered
Hypnosis: With some weird movements of the users hands and an odd look in his eyes, the user can make the opponent fall asleep.
Makes next attack undodgeable *Cannot Be Mastered*
Ki Shield: Creates an invisible barrier that can block attacks, however this can only be used to protect allies instead of yourself.
Blocks low attack/medium if mastered
Skimming: This technique speeds up space travel, but in order to do so, you cannot be doing anything else at all while training.
Reduces travel by 1 day/2 if mastered
Covert Robbery: A technique that allows a fighter to steal another fighter's money without them noticing, like pick-pocketing in super speed. To steal money you must be faster than the fighter you intend to steal from, you can do this in or out of a battle, if its out of a battle however it counts as your battle for the day.
Can steal $2,500/$5,000 if mastered
Flight: Allows user to fly certain distance, also in and out of battles. *If flying you cant get attacked unless others fly at you, or fire an energy attack at you.*
Allows flight (see * above) & 3 dodges from punches & kicks, and only those attacks
Splitform: Allows user to train by themselves.
Strong Techniques
Requirements:
Minimum Intelligence of 25,000
5 day learning process(10 to master)
Ki Sword: An outwards extension that can be held, and takes the form of a sword. This counts as an actual sword, but not an item sword, and you still have to learn beginner-expert to learn the moves under each category. If you don't have an ability for the sword it does 25% of strength plus 2,000(4,000 if mastered) and uses 5,000 ki per time, it won't use ki if you have a move for it.
Can learn real sword abilities with and does 2,000 damage in a normal swing/4,000 if mastered
Body Switch: By yelling "Change Now!" and shooting a yellow beam at your opponent, you can switch stats, but this can be dodged.
Changes one chosen battle stat if known/all if mastered
Upsurge: An inner powerup that increases all strength attacks.
+5% if low, +10% if medium, +15% if strong, can be used twice per battle if mastered
Double Team: In a fight against an opponent with an ally, you can double team the opponent, then you use the same attack(damage is added together) and cannot be dodged.
Next attack undodgeable
Intensify: An inner powerup that increases all energy attacks.
+5% if low, +10% if medium, +15% if strong/Can be used 2 times per battle if mastered
Mirror Image: This technique basically makes mirror like reflections of yourself so your opponent won't know where you are.
Attack is deflected away from you/Attack is shot back at the opponent(Uses turn) if mastered
Myst: A large cloudy substance is released into the air, created by your energy, allowing you to dodge attacks easier.
Allows 1 extra dodge/2 if mastered
Quarter Splitform: Creates 4 clones of yourself with 25% the stats of the user. They each must use the same attack and if one of them is killed, they all disappear. Also you can use this technique and have them commit suicide by jumping in front of the opponent's attack, neutralizing it.
Allows user to split into 4 parts*clones CANNOT USE PERSONAL MOVES!!*
Smoke Screen: Creates a large, heavy smoke that covers the entire battleground, making all attacks easier to dodge.
Allows 1 extra dodge/2 if mastered
Eclipse: Causes the moon to be blocked out, so an oozaru can't transform or will go back to his normal form.
Broaden: Allows users muscles to bulge out and absorb any strength attack at 150% or lower, and if the attack is more than that, you take the difference of % as damage.
Allows user to endure 1 strength hit with little to no damage
Energy Wall: Creates an invisible wall of energy by holding arms out. Can absorb any energy attack of 150% or lower, but if the attack is stronger, the wall breaks and you take the difference in damage.
Allows user to block 1 energy attack
Elite Techniques
Requirements:
Intelligence varies depending on the attack
7 day learning process(14 to master)
After Image: A badass technique that creates multiple images of the user.
Allows 3 extra dodges/4 if mastered
Requires:500,000 Intelligence
Creation: Allows a namekian to create a set of dragonballs(1 week).
Creates a set of dragonballs that can be used once, and then disappear
Requires:5,000,000 Intelligence and a PL of 20,000,000
Desception: An upgrade from the previous theft technique, the user creates a projection of himself while the actual fighter sneaks behind and steals the opponents money.
Allows user to steal 50% of the opponents money/All of it if mastered
Requires:$200,000 & 200,000 Intelligence
Fusion Dance: A technique that allows two fighters to fuse into one being, combining their stats/attacks/techniques for awhile. To perform a perfect fusion, player 1 must say "Fusion" and then player 2 must say "Fusion" and the player 1 & 2 say "Ha" and if either player types something wrong, their stats will be added together and divided by 4. The person with the highest PL controls the character in battle. However, Ki is drained by 5% every turn, and if the fusion doesn't defeat the opponent in the 30 rounds, the fighters unfuse with only half of their original stats left.
Allows 2 characters to fuse for 30 rounds
Requires:150,000 Intelligence
Illuminate: The user dances around in ways never seen before, which dazzles the opponent.
Freezes opponent for 3 rounds/4 if mastered
Requires:800,000 Intelligence
Immobilizer: A technique that uses deep concentration to perform an elite attack without having to charge.
Makes 1 elite attack require no round charge/2 if mastered, uses 60,000 ki/50,000 if mastered
Requires:100,000 Intelligence
Instant Transmission: Allows the user to transport anywhere he's been before, and can also be used to dodge an attack in battle.
Allows user to teleport to any planet(1 time a day)/2 if mastered
Requires:50,000 Intelligence
Kaioken: Allows user to reach deep within and bring out their true potential. x1.5:Drains 20,000 ki per round/15,000 if mastered, x2:Drains 40,000 ki per round/30,000 if mastered, and you must say "Kaioken" at the beginning of every attack to keep using it.
Multiplies battle stats by 1.5/x2 if mastered
Requires:50,000 Intelligence
Ki Barrier: A large dome of ki that forms around you that can protect you from any attack except self destruction.
Blocks 2 of any attack/3 if mastered
Requires:150,000 Intelligence
Intense Adrenaline Rush: So much adrenaline pumps through your body that you don't need to use ki for a few attacks.
No Ki used for 2 attacks/3 if mastered
Requires:200,000 Intelligence
Soul Detach: A dangerous technique where the user attempts to detach his soul and grip onto the opponent's soul in which case if the user dies they both die.
If this is performed on you and you don't dodge, you die if the user dies.
Requires:1,000,000 Intelligence
Ultra Techniques
Requirements:
Minimum Intelligence of 3,000,000
10 day learning process(15 to master)
Death Sphere: The user creates a sphere of energy around him and any choosen opponent he is close too. While inside the sphere ,energy attacks may not be used and you may only attack the other person inside the sphere. You cannot recieve damage from players outside of the sphere. The sphere vanishes after of one the fighters are killed.
Once per battle, Cannot be mastered
Requires: 3,000,000 Intelligence
Omega Charge: The user creates a Large Energy Rush in there body Charging an Attack to Do 3 times the Normal Damage
Once per battle, User's Body is Strained and Must Wait 2 rounds before Using a Str Move and One Round for energy, The Moves Ki Costs 3 times the normal amount
Requires: 3,000,000 Intelligence
Ki Sphere: The user creates a sphere made of ki that can stop any 2 attacks even if they cant be stop buy barriers this sphere stops anything.
2 Per battle, 3 if mastered and can be used on allies.
Requires: 35,000,000 Intelligence
