These Attacks Take Time and Pratice to learn. It takes 10 days to learn your move at 10% of your Intel.

Rule One: Your move Cannont Boost your Stats More then By Two
Rule Two: your Move Cannont Instant Kill someone .Rule Three: Your Move Cannont Stop your Opponent for more the 2 rounds

Rule Four: You Can oNly have 3 Personal Moves
Rule Five: Each Personal Move Must Do something Else. then the One Before it.Rule Six:Your First Personal Move Damage May Go Up to 150% For Damage. Second Personal May go up to 300% and Your Last Move Max's Out at 500% For Damage

Rule Seven: You Move Can Only Be One of the Following Not Both Either Undodgable Or UnBarriable Not Both.
Rule Eight: It Cannont Stop an Attack More then 2 times. Rule Nine: a Personal Move may be A super version of a Move already Created on the Site (( with Our Permission))
Rule Ten: if We feel your move needs to be changed. we Will Change it. .Rule Eleven: Your Move MUST Be Approved By Either Myself .:PICCOLO:. Or My Co-Owner .:Goten:. IF your Move isnt Approved then Fix it and Change what we say to change.. If A Move is put on your Page With Out Our Permission It will BE DELETED WITH OUT WARNING!!!!!
