Most of you are probably wondering who created this crazy site to begin with. I did, see that picture at the top of the screen? That's me and incase you read over my name on the front page, its Korin. If I had five words to describe myself I'd use; crazy, weird, friendly, inspirational, and fun. I could probably put in some more but those are the most I get told I am. But aside from all that there really isn't much to tell about me. I'm a simple person, well simple in my own mind.

I live in a small town in upstate New York near a big lake. It doesn't get very exciting here so I normally spend my time doing other things. Most of the time though you can find me writing or drawing. For awhile now I've been working on this site, another hobby I enjoy doing. When there's no snow on the ground I like to spend a larger part of the day outside doing stuff. When I'm not outside due to bad weather, I'm inside playing either my PS2 or my Xbox. I love to play Final Fantasy on the playstation and when it comes to the Xbox it's Ninja Gaiden. Along side the video games is role playing, gaming on the computer. I don't really do that too much anymore but every once in a great while. Though my one true passion in life is to write. As you can tell by the number of poems and the partial short story I put up. I never throw anything out so, you can probably imagine all the papers lying about.
I'm still a kid at heart, hey you only live once right? Besides I still act my age, just every now and again I like to act like I'm 10 instead of 25. It's what makes me...me. Like I said earlier there really isn't much to tell about me, I like to be a quiet person. Though I suppose I could tell you that I love to read and no it's not just comic books. Though I do have a small collection of those. I have a fairly huge book collection, my favorite author is Stephen King. Yea I know you're thinking, typical, but I consider myself a mystery, horror freak. Sometimes my writing echoes what I read or watch on t.v. Right now I'm in the middle of reading Dark Tower 6, yes I'm a slow reader.

As far as watching television, I really don't watch it anymore. I normally sit and watch movies when I'm in the mood for them. I own a few Disney classics which sit right beside my horror and anime movies. My anime collection is slowly growing even though two of my favorite animes are already sitting on the shelf. Thanks to my brother, yes I have one of those and I have a sister also, I have the entire collection of Blue Seed. After much searching I finally found Vampire Hunter D and its happy sequel. The other animes I have are Princess Mononoke, Akira, The Last Unicorn, Petshop of Horrors 1 & 2, Tekkaman-Blade 2 Episode 1 and Blood the Last Vampire. Like I said a small collection but one that will be added to over the years. Just lately I've been introduced to a new anime called Serial Experiments Lain, so far I've only watched 4 episodes but, they're good. Yes I do have my favorite t.v series. Dragon Ball Z and when that's not on its Inuyasha. I used to watch Pokemon when it came out then I got bored with it, same thing with Digimon. So now I just watch what I can and try to keep up.

I mentioned earlier that I like to play video games. I have a small collection which ranges from Final Fantasy 7 to Soul Caliber 2. Yes that's including my Xbox games, which I only own two at the moment. Yes I know sad, very sad. At the moment I'm trying to write a Final Fantasy 10 and 10-2 fan fic. which I'll end up putting on here when I think it's good enough for others to read .^_^. I don't really consider myself a hardcore Final Fantasy fan but I do consider myself a small one, even though I'm trying to catch up and get 1 through 6. Not and easy task I might add!

But when everything's all said an done I'm, as I said, just a simple person. Nothing exciting though perhaps I'll let you be the judge of that. .^_^.

...So do we pass the ghosts that haunt us later in our lives; they sit undramatically by the roadside like poor beggars, and we see them only from the corners of our eyes, if we see them at all. The idea that they have been waiting there for us rarely if ever crosses our minds. Yet they do wait, and when we have passed, they gather up their bundles of memory and fall in behind, treading in our footsteps and catching up, little by little. ~Stephen King, The Dark Tower Series~
