For those who want to join the Demo Team or just keep getting in trouble, this is the page to see the rules for the Demo Team. If you want to join the team then go to sign up.
Demo Rules and Regulations
- Only yellow belts and up can join.
- Listen, help, and respect the captains, helpers, and fellow demo members.
- You must be dedicated to the Demo Team meaning that you have to be here every meeting day unless you have a good excuse and you have to listen to what you are being taught. (3 unexcused absents and you are kicked off the team. No one is making you join the team so act like you want to do this.)
- To maintain being on the team you have to have only A's, B's, or C's on your report cards. If you get lower than a C then you will possibly be kicked off the team. The first report card you get with a grade lower than a C will be a warning but then the second will be decided whether to kick you off. (You can get help from team members with school. Interims don't count but you better bring it up by report cards.)
- You must be at the demo practices atleast 3 practices before the demonstration day plus the day of the demonstration to be in the demonstration. (This doesn't mean your getting kicked off.)
- If your going to be absent contact me or Gio, or tell a member of the team that will be at the practice to tell us that you will be absent.
- Those who are kicked off the team have a chance to be on the team or the waiting list determining what problem you had.
- For the Demo Team you must have TKD shoes, a black TKD t-shirt, and the demo uniform including your belt and weapons if you are doing weapons.
- If you have any problems with the demo or team members, tell us or if you have any ideas for the team, tell us.

Red Dragon Rules
- Come to class on time and remember spots on the mats.
- Don't talk during class unless spoken to by instructor or if you have a question. Don't talk back to instructors.
- Respect instructors, be on good behavior, and don't brag to other teammates about position.
Punishments: Instead of regular punishments you do exercises...

- Jumping Jacks
- Get removed from the Red Dragon Team
