I
have been scheduled to see a Doctor in Red Deer to further
evaluate my knee injury. Based upon his findings they will go
forward with an MRI or CAT scan. As well, his findings will
determine whether or not I will receive any kind of compensation
for my time off work.

Praise the Lord, I have just
been awarded a $1600.00 scholarship from the school!

I
have just returned from the spring plant of tree planting in
B.C. During this time we planted in Kamloops for the month of
May. We then returned to Edson, Ab. to finish the spring plant.
I had to leave the summer plant of the contract due to
miscellaneous camp problems and a knee injury. I managed to tear
the tendons in my right leg from my calf muscles to my
hamstrings. As well as this there is a strong indicator that the
cartilage in my right knee has been torn as well. The Dr.'s
recommendation is 1-2 weeks rest with ice, leg up, and after
this time to re-asses whether or not to continue with a CAT
scan.
Congratulations goes out to my wife Krista for her new job at
Prairie Bible College. She is now the new Campus Visitation
Coordinator. Feel like visiting the school? Give her a call,
she'll give you a tour.
