The Truth Behind it......
Violet Baudelaire is the oldest child in the family. As the oldest, it is therefore her responsibility to look after her younger siblings. Violet is an inventor by heart. When her head is spinning with gears, and gadgets, her hair is often seen tied in a ribbon. When she was two, she enjoyed going to the Verne Invention Museum where she took a look at the mechanical devices. Nikola Tesla is simply her role model that encouraged and inspired her to invent. |

In no doubt, Violet’s invention helped Sunny and Klaus in severe cases. Among her inventions are lockpicks, grappling hooks, and a staple making device. When Violet’s mind is filled with wheels, and gears, her hair is often seen tied up in a ribbon around her hair. Besides all of the invention that helped save the Baudelaires, Count Olaf and the bald short assistant sees Violet as a pretty girl. In The Vile Village, Klaus says that Violet despises the color pink. She is often seen with a purple dress, and a dark red ribbon. |
