![]() My thoughts: It rocks! The books and movies are my favourites! I love medieval sort of stuff. I didnt know Lotr existed until the christmas that the first movie came out. I saw the preview on tv and I was spellbound, I knew I had to see that movie! So my mom got me The Hobbit and The Fellowship of the Ring books for christmas. I started reading them immediately. I like reading books before seeing their movies, but when we went to see Harry Potter in theatres, it was sold out so we saw lotr instead. After I finished reading Fotr, I had to see it in theatres again, now that I understood what was going on, so I did and I loved it! Then I bought the rest of the books and I did nothing at home or at school other than read them. I saw Fotr in theatres twice, I saw TT four times and Rotk about 3 times. How many times I've read the books: Fellowship of the Ring: 5 times The Two Towers: 3 times Return of the King: 2 times I find it hard to read the ending because its so sad, I dont want it to end, so I often just re-read the beginning. lol. I also went to an exibit sort of thing in Toronto where you could walk through re-created environments of middle earth. It was pretty cool but extremely crowded with people. My favourite places were The Golden Hall of Rohan, Rivendell and Fangorn Forest. Very cool. Favourites: Characters: Legolas (of coarse), Aragorn, Pippin, Elrond.
