I am trapped in my basement, and it sucks, because I am really hungry. Why am I trapped in my basement, you ask? Well, you see, when I awoke this morning, I changed into short shorts and a tank top because my parents are old and like to have the temperature at 1000000000 degrees. Then as usual, I went down into the basement, where it's a little cooler. Around 11, I heard the doorbell rang and my dad answered it. It was my housekeepers' husband, here to do some work on our kitchen celing! He's positioned right at the top of the basement steps, which lead into the kitchen. So the only way I could possibly get a snack is by passing directly in front of him in my skimpy little outfit. And although I've known Anuta and her husband, for like, ever, there is no way I am going to parade in front of a 50 something Romanian man looking like this. Plus, I'm wearing my glasses, so I look stupid anyway. So I'm stuck.
