League Director or Fax Scorecard to 516-486-2940 or mail to Carefree Racquet Club, 1414 Jerusalem Ave., N. Merrick, 11566. PLEASE make sure winners of individual matches are either CIRCLED or a "check" has been placed in the corresponding box for the winner.
