This site is a way for me to pass on some things about college and what you may want to know on your way in and out. Listed below are a couple lists of things to do and not to do while in college. Most people make the mistake of not really enjoying their college time or they enjoy it a little too much. Remember everything in moderation.
College Do's
- Go to sporting events
- Go to plays, musicals, etc.
- Learn early about any major specific honor societies
- Visit your academic advisor at least once a year and plan out your college classes in advance
College Don'ts
- Don't skip class (I know it's a duh but you'd be surprised)
- Don't over party
- Don't join too many clubs (find a few that you can get really involved in. makes it all the more fun)
- Don't worry about being the best, just enjoy and do your best.
