OK here are the rules.
1) Copy and past the stats above and email them to me.
2) You must PIC a circle from this site unless you have other you would like to use but you cant pull it out of thin air. http://www.fullmetalalchemist.info/alchemy.html
3) Some ppl have more then one circle. Its allowed as long as the second circle mixes with the first, NO OPPOSING POWERS!
4) Your mail circle or secondary circle can be the same as another persons secondary circle (unless they made there own) but you may not choose someone else's first circle.
5) Once I get your info ill put a page up for you. You must then join the message board on the main site. (if you have any songs oor pics you would like on your page include the URL to the song or the PIC in your email.
6) No more light or shadow powers on the site.
7) No more plant/fire / gun powers on the site.
8) have fun
