Welcome to the Manes of Fire website! This page will provide you with updates and things on some of the above free horse RPG sites. If you want to join a horse RPG, make sure you read their rules first, and make sure you like them and are prepared to stick to them or your Roleplaying experience could be a big letdown.
Also, it's a good idea to have a look at what's being posted because you might not like the way people post there.

RPG? What's one of those?!
RPG - it stands for "Role Playing Game", you create an imaginary character, and then you control it using words. One thing to be careful of is becoming too involved and spending too much time essentially being that character. Consider this a warning! But don't worry, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it sometime!

Manes of Fire
This is my RPG. It consists of four "lands of the seasons" which are owned by the four horse lords and (when they are chosen by the lords) the horse ladies. Thelyron is the main Administrator, that's me. Thelyron's lady is called Silvern Aria, and she's the other admin. There is a place for virtually anything - and it even incorporates a magical side into it. To be honest, I couldn't resist! Classically, there's a fighting place called the "Forbidden wastes" if anyone forms a dispute as part of the RP. Unlike in some other web formats, in Manes there are restrictions on where you can go depending upon which herd you belong to and if you're registered!

Recently, there have been a few things added to the site. Namely tags for your "rank" in the site, and special avatars to show alignment of good or evil. And a "pregnant" banner for when a mare is pregnant.

Deus ex Equine
Deus ex Equine, a thoroughly enjoyable site....when I get the time to go on it that is. One of the Administrators for the site is called "Veritas", she's fair and a fantastic RP-er. This roleplay consists basically of three herd-lands which are owned by Veritas and the other administrators - Bhreagha and Calico. When you join you apply to join one of the three herds. If you have a dispute you can battle it out in the Blood Gulch. There are other places to go and see, but I'll leave them for you to explore!

If there are any major questions about stuff in the RPG's, don't hesitate to ask an administrator or moderator. It's usually possible to tell which ones are the admins and moderators in some way or other.
