first of begining, insert your nintendogs game in the smaller hole at the back of youre nintendo ds, when the health and safety screen appears just click twice to take you to the nindeno ds menu screen. the click the nintendo nintendog panel to start playing. it begins whith the kennel, there is 2 circles, buy and look, click look to play whith the kenhnels three dogs or buy to scan through the breeds of dog they currently have.diffrent games have diffrent breeds of dog.


saving the game, to save the game press the book icon whith a pen touching it, this will be found in the home screen. ONLY click it is you wish to save ALL data and things you have done recently.
