The Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom
A small but intricately carved black lacquered wood door, with a fancy golden door handle, presents an entrance to this rather large and stately bedroom. A large and ornate fireplace cackles to one side of the room, and seems to set a relaxing mood for this room. The fireplace plays host to a portrait of one of the many long gone High Seat’s of House Sarand. Two golden and pushily stuffed chairs rest before the fireplace, and face each other with a small table between them. Beyond that many windows along the furthest wall present a soft lighting, and a good view of the garden and stable yard below. Not four feet from the windows is a rather large, but very soft looking bed, with an intricately carved headboard, depicting a parade of nobles presenting their gifts to a woman upon a throne. Along the next wall is a rather large black trimmed in gold wardrobe no doubt able to hold just about anything a noblewoman would wish it to. Covering the floor is a very plush area rug, of a very somber gold, trimmed in black, and kept from the fireplace to as to not catch fire.
