The walls of the hallway here are brownish granite while the floor is polished black marble. Servants are going about their business seeing to the running of the manor paying little attention to anything else. There seems to be more servants here than further east in the hallway, and smells of food drift through the passageway now. The door to the south must lead to the kitchens. To the north is another plain black door with a golden door handle.
