The Dinning Room
The Dinning Room
This is the House Sarand banquet hall. The floor is marble tile in a black and gold checkerboard pattern while the walls are a pale gray stone. A large rectangular oak dining table, with a white lace tablecloth, dominates the middle of the room. An almost throne like chair sets at the head of the table while ten chairs line each side. The table groans under the weight of the feast upon it, a roasted goose sizzles on its platter, capons and greens, a red-stripe fish grilled to perfection, and fresh baked bread covered in butter. Wood framed glass doors provide a view of the Ballroom to the east, and servants busily scurry out of the kitchens to the west to provide for the guests.
