Adryne Moera's Background

Adryne Moera grew up in a small fishing village on the banks of the Maretherendrelle river, both of her parents worked on thier small fishing boat to keep thier family fed and taken care of. Fortunatly her family only contained her and her parents, and her nurse Carrea, who watched her till she was old enough to go on the boat with her parents. When she reached the age of thirteen her father fell ill, and her mother found herself unable to fish on the boat without the help of thier father. falling on hard times her mother sought a way to make sure that her daughter was taken care of, and at the age of fourteen Adryne found herself married to a well off merchant, with the promise made to her mother that she would be well taken care of for all of her days to come. Adryne never saw her mother again after she was married off.Adryne's life was normal for a wife of a well to do merchant she had few servants but it was much more then what she had when she was growing up. She gladly took over the affairs of the house while her husband whom she saw rarely, and never really loved traveled and sold his goods for profits. Things seemed to be going fine for many years, until she was 17. That eventful day she was in the market place running the few errands that the servants would allow her to do, when she accidently bumped into a woman in the street. The woman dropped had dropped her things in the bump, so Adryne helped her pick them up, as she spoke to the woman introductions were passed between them. The woman seemed to be giving her odd looks, and asking odd questions. Frightened, Adryne hurried back home thinking she'd be safe there. But later that day the woman appeared on her door step having found her by asking around town. The woman introduced herself as an Aes Sedai this time, and informed Adryne that she could channel, and that she was about to spark and that if she did not come here at once then she could very well die. It took some time to convince the child, but soon she packed what little she could and ran away from her home and everything she knew for a chance to save her life and become an Aes Sedai. Adryne as a Novice had a hard time at first getting used to her surroundings, leaving her home in such a manner did not help things anymore. When she wanted to give up, the Aes Sedai would crack into her harder, and the trainees would see her crying. Feeling sorry for her the trainees would often spend time comforting her, and since the trainees usually reminded her of how she was never given a fair chance at love it angered her against what her mother did to her, and she became determined to make her own life better then it was made for her. So despite the fact that every time she was seen with a trainee she would get in trouble and have to do more chores, she was still found with them even more so then other Novices. Soon though her lessons she found out that she was strong in channeling, and would have a good potential in becomming a Green for her strength in Fire and Spirit, would make it easier to learn some of the more destructive weaves. She soon found out her strength in the five flows in order it went Fire, Spirit then Earth, Air and Water it took her months to be able to form simple weaves with water, but with simple practice she soon got it to a level where it was hardly noticeable where her strengths and weaknesses were. She went through the Ter' Angereal and was raised to one of the Accepteds, the memories of her raising hounded her for weeks afterwards, and she barely survived the combination of the Lessons and the memories. Within the ter'Angereal she saw that she would be of the Green Ajah and from that day forth she decided that was her fate for sure. In her lessons she further devoloped her skills in all the flows finding her falts, and perfecting them with a determination. She soon found out that her strength in the One Power would put her near the top bracket of Aes Sedai, but nothing near the potential of the three new girls who had been found, Egwene Nyaneve, and Elayne. She picked up a bit of the Healing, enough to attract a Yellows attention to her, though she did spend time in the Healing Halls perfecting her skill in Healing. She found that she could Heal mostly things that were not fetal, though broken bones were out of her ability, she was able to heal stab wounds, and bruises. Her skills developed to lay more in destructive weaves as she found a purpose to her learning, and gained a keen curiousity in what it was like to be Green. But other than mastering her discovered passion, which was destructive weaves, like calling lightining, or how to weave a fireball, she learned the most basic Accepted and Novice weaves. Then just before her test to become an Aes Sedai since the Green Ajah had taken a keen interest in the progressing young woman, she got extensive lessons in weaving destructivly without breaking the three oaths, and learned just how far you could take it as an Aes Sedai. Her Aes Sedai test was grueling and she barely made it through, but her experiences and the support she had backing her carried her partly, as well her determination that she would pass the test and become Green. After she took her test, and swore her oaths she walked stark naked to the Greens who gladly accepted her in thier arms. As time went on and she found a new sense of self for herself now that she did not have to take orders -all- the time Adyrne found herself a new sense of self and evolved from the outspoken girl she had once been, to a firey woman who almost always had an opinoin for something that she did not like.
