after seven years in Canada, I'm finally home-sick. before, I used to think Canada was the only place for me. no doubt, this place is beautiful and friendly... but I miss my home country. why?..because it's a place where you can walk across the street and find something interesting to look at, whether it'd be pretty stationaries, CDs, or clothes. no matter what time it is, the streets of Seoul are always busy and active. (this proves I'm a city girl -______-;;) I used to think that korea was so boring and dull... but I thought too soon. I would give anything to go back and live in perfect harmony with my family and friends, and of course, knowing korea, I'd also have a boyfriend there ;) ... maybe one who looks like this guy right here [look below]

yep, it's official. I'm going on a diet. Don't worry, I'm not going to starve myself... but what I am going to do is change my diet completely. In the previous..years, my breakfast consisted of rice and some korean food, my lunch was a sandwich or some pastry stuff, and my dinner was a salad and sometimes rice (again). Our family is not the type to eat a big formal dinner like most North Americans. Salad, steak, turkey or ham.. then.. dessert?? never.. not for the Yoon family, anyway. Sure, my meal plans sound.. okay and somewhat healthy, but... I don't feel so healthy. Rather, I feel fat and bloated most of the time even though others tell I'm fit and slim. Despite all the nice comments people give me, I don't feel so confident in myself (physically), so I'm going to do something about it :) maybe lose.. hm... 20-30 pounds? I'm around... oh um.. 135-140 pounds or so...

[x]orange juice
[x]apple juice
[x]low-fat yogurt
[x]unsalted crackers & cheese
[x]lots of milk =)

[x]vegetable soup
....that will last me a while =) wish me luck!!=D
