Wolf-kin's Jumpoff

Caution: Under Construction. HARD HAT AREA.

That said . . . this is the springboard page for my various blogs and websites. From here, there are links to all the strange places I've scattered myself.
Look for me under a handful of different screen names, but the two most popular are Wolf-Kin and Destaren.
Questions? Commentary? Hate mail? Contact me at destaren@yahoo.com and have patience with me and my swamped inbox. At this point, I'm still in the reply-to-every-message-sent mode, so you WILL eventually get a message back. If not, prod me pseudo-violently and I'll get to it.
Directly following this is a list of links to my pages, and below that a list of links to my favorite places. ((Caution: the second list is a rapidly expanding bed of insanity!))

These are all sites or blogs created by yours truly.

Feral Music It's a webcomic my cousin Darklis and I are doing together, and it's great fun. Go read it!

Xanga: Life Unabridged If you want to learn what's up in my life, visit my Xanga site. I post everything from "today I kissed a chicken" to "what is the meaning of life?" Daily events, stories, quotes, philosophies . . . yeah. But, be aware, it is not edited, and it is fairly private. It's a journal; please treat it with appropriate respect.

Art and Writing: DeviantArt All of my artwork and writing is centered here. Please go visit the site, and support me by looking, reading, and critiquing. If you don't have a DeviantArt account but you're willing to share your thoughts, email me at destaren@yahoo.com. Also, there are numerous links on that page to amazing artists and amazing art. Please go support my friends. ^_^

Want to see my puppy dog? I made a happy page of her history with us with lots of kawaii pictures . . . go have a looksee!

The Wolf's favorite links!

There's a child prodigy who does some amazing art. Check out her website to look at her pictures and poetry.

Check out the Angelfire homepage and make your OWN free website. If you want somethin' REALLY spiffy, you can pay them money to get a ton of cool benefits.

I found myself a few niffy manga tutorials. There's a disclaimer on the page, which is mine as well. I take no responsibility for them, blah blah. And I have zilch experience with the published books - seen them, don't remember them - so don't think it's an ad for those.

My favorite ever anime music video is the Gundam Wing video for "Kryptonite" by Three Doors Down. I love the song, love what bits of the anime I've seen, love Endless Waltz, and LOVE the vid!

I have read some lovely online mangas, but I must confess that by far my favorite is The Castings. It's got a scary disclaimer, but it's actually quite clean, on the whole, and it's very captivating. I do advise it for any anime/manga fans. At least take a look at the pretty art!

Another fun online manga is 9th Elsewhere. It's about a girl who is disturbingly like me, except with a much nicer muse. ^.^ There's a touch of cursing in it, but I find it at times funny, at times cute, and at times curiously deep and somehow sad. Please read this! If you like it, pass it on - with enough support, 9E could get published! It's also very good about regular updates.

Another manga I like is Directions of Destiny. I can't say much about content, because the story is just picking up, but there are fairly frequent updates. So far I'm finding it very intriguing, and the art is quite well-done.

If you want to be amused by a shameless dancer or blasted with cool Romanian techno, check out the 'Numa Dance,' if you haven't seen it already. *grin*

My favorite author, Orson Scott Card, has a lovely website, too, called Hatrack River.

Last but not least, the list of things I'd NEVER do if I were an evil overlord...this is a really great one, especially for Star Wars fans. *cackle*

Well, that's all for now. If I get more, I'll add more.
Durr.
