The Hulk
I will first off state that this movie was a big disapointment and existing proof that just because a movie is based on a marvel comic does not necessarily mean that it will be good or entertaining to watch in the least. The main problem with this film is that it is so very unnecessarily long. The story is boring. It isn't hard to follow, but it is hard to pay attention to all of the endless dialogue that goes on and on. By the end of the movie I had abosolutely no idea what was going on and I ended up falling asleep. The Hulk actually appears in the movie a couple of times (like four) and does some damage. Then for no reason, his father is an asshole and wants to kill him so he sends mutant dogs after his girlfriend. She keeps crying and going on dramatic tantrums. Then suddenly they are in the desert, tanks and helicopters chase the Hulk into the city and fire at him, he ends up captured where his father comes, turns into a big ball of lightning and they fight in a way where you can't tell what the hell is going on. Does this sound really cool? Well, it isn't. It doesn't make any sense and it just doesn't work for this 2 hour plus movie. They should have just cut the back story and dialogue in half and upped the action. The Hulk, unfortunately does not hang on the same page as Spider-Man or even Daredevil for that matter. It just isn't worth seeing.
