Pandaemonaeon in your Pocket

This is not New Age, nor is it Wicca or any other “White Light” Right Hand Path religion. This is what a “Good Witch” might refer to as “Black Magic” or “Evil”. The reason for this is that the techniques given herein contain no limits such as Karma. Why should a god be restricted to what’s acceptable, as opposed to what they truly want?

Magic is the art of causing things to occur in conformity with the will through supernatural means. If your will is going to turn against you in the form of Karma, what’s the point? No wonder The Law of Threefold is so rampant in “good” religions and belief systems, the retribution is purely what comes from guilt. If you feel guilty, you tend to feel you don’t deserve anything that would make you better off. This leads to depression, and depression is a mental illness that a lot of people suffer from.

Every man and woman is a star, their own god. In the words of the famous occultist and founder of the Theleman Religion Aleister Crowley. There is no laws but your own “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law” from Crowley’s “The Book of the Law”. But how do you know what you truly want? You will have to awaken your inner conscience to find out.

The techniques within these pages are drawn from many sources. Notably Austin Osman Spare, and Peter Carrol. Though they have been tweaked and altered, however slightly, they are a tried, tested, and refined formula. This book is designed for those will little cash but a strong will What you put in is what you get out. And the results are drawn from within, magic is only as strong as the will. Doubt will always hinder the will.

It could be said that a Satanist is someone who lives outside religious boundaries and within a set of morals drawn only from themselves. Satanists see Satan as either a deity or symbol representing freewill, nonconformity and undefiled wisdom. Anton LaVey’s Satanic Bible is strongly recommended for anyone interested in the Left Hand Path philosophy.

Awakening the Animalistic Self: The Primal Scream Rite

The purpose of this rite is to initiate the magician into a state of the true self. Allowing the magician see what their suppressed nature truly is. This should serve as an appropriate initiation ritual, and should be performed prior to attempting any magical working.

This rite need only be performed once. And it is strongly recommended it is performed alone and where you won’t be disturbed. The room should be dark.

Firstly, you need to stand up straight with your feet slightly apart let your hands dangle at your side. Clear your mind and close your eyes. From your groin area, let out a loud, bloodcurdling scream. Slowing bringing it up the center of your body. Imagine it tearing you in half and freeing you from your physical body. Let it become more uncontrolled as it raises. During the screaming you may find yourself getting urges (usually carnal in nature), don’t do these urges, just let them come and keep screaming.

If after the scream you don’t feel like collapsing and your head is crawling with new urges you may wish to do some of them. Just remember, when the rites over and you allow your conscious mind to take control again, you have to face the consequences of your actions. It is important that you do not leave the room while in a state of primeval mind. You must make sure you allow your rational mind to observe this working and only allow it to step back in if you are going to do something stupid.

Banishing Ritual Creation

The purpose of the banishing ritual is to put the magician in an esoteric state of mind before performing an act of magic. The goal is to help intensify the emotions felt during the working and keep up the focus required. It is recommended the magician uses something to direct energy (See “The Wand or Dagger”). The magician can use any occult symbols (pentacles, etc) or arcane language (Enochian, Ouranian Barbaric, etc.) to help stimulate appropriate mood. It must be simple enough for the magician to memorize. It is wise to research different banishing rituals before creating your own. Banishing Rituals generally only require something to direct energy with and a relaxed mind.

Energy: Chakra Empowerment

The chakras are considered the major energy centers of the body. There are seven major chakras and many more minor chakras. The two minor chakras that will serve you as well as the major chakras are the ones on the palms of the hands. The Major chakras are found along the center line of the body. They consist of (Sanskrit name, location): Muladhura, found at the base of the spine. Svadhisthana, found below the navel. Manipura, found on the solar plexus. Anahata, found at the center of the chest. Visshuda, found at the throat. Ajna (also known as the Third Eye, or Psychic Center), found on the center of the forehead. Sahasrara (also known as Crown), the top of the head. The chakras are viewed as constantly spinning cones of energy that hold your astral body within your physical body. They stop spinning when you sleep.

Some associate the chakras with colors but this is up to the magician. The chakras can hold incredible amounts of energy. Most people have unbalanced Chakras and it is important to balance them before trying to utilize stored energy. Balancing them can be done with a Pendulum (see “Pendulum”).

Chakras are constantly spinning, to raise power with them you need to speed them up. First relax, take a few deep breaths and make yourself aware of the chakras (it’s different for everyone, but like becoming aware of your beating heart). Now try to make them rotate faster one by one, starting at Muladhura. Keep spinning the charka until it feels white hot; it has reached the speed of light. Then move on to the next.

The Chakras may be used in Banishing Rituals, divinations, assisting in abilities such as telekinesis or pyrokinesis. Ajna is an essential chakra for the mind, as it allows the intuition to work at its full potential.

The state of gnosis is basically when the mind is strong and focused enough to interface with the very force that underlines how the universe is structured. Tapping into a state of gnosis you can cause figments of your imagination to manifest before you. Your deepest desires can come true. And you can birth a servant entity into existence with your mind and collected emotional energy.

This brand of magic works by giving the subconscious instructions and then implanting them on the very face of the universe so that they manifest. Sigils represent a simplified desire to come into existence, they are a lot easier to work with then a full visualization. Sigils would be employed or “charged” in a state of gnosis. After which the sigil is forever lost to the mind and the desire is no longer thought about. Then when the desire manifests, enjoy!

The Sexual Orgasm

(This article is based on writings by Austin Osman Spare, I've never actually tried sex magic, but if you're writing a book, you've gotta act like you know it all.)

This method is not for everyone, due to the strength of the orgasm required to reach gnosis for more then a nanosecond. In some cases the strong orgasm can be gained through masturbatory means. But a partner with which the magician finds incredibly sexually stimulating is generally required. The sigil would be charged at the moment of orgasm then be lost to the mind.

Though this is said to be the easiest way to reach gnosis, it is not the easiest to cast sigils. The sudden change in consciousness can very easily cause one to forget to visualize. It is best to be experienced at remaining “awake” during trances before employing this technique. But to the seasoned magician, it can be very useful.

The Trance State

This is the most important state that the magician can learn. In a deep trance the subconscious mind is in control and gnosis lasts as long as the magician wishes. This is an excellent state to cast sigils, create servitors, and converse with godforms and inner demons.

To reach the trance state, the magician must be in a quiet and undisturbed place. Either sitting or laying on the back. To clear your mind, try to imagine your thoughts as a cyclone. Try to reach the calm eye at the center. Tense all your muscles for the count of three, then relax them slowly, starting at your toes and up to the top of your head. Pay special attention to face and neck muscles. Count down mentally from any number (more then four hundred). As you get heavier and intensely relaxed shut your eyes and let yourself slowly slip into your subconscious. Try to focus on your breathing or heartbeat. Visualize yourself walking down some steps or along a path, taking ten steps but stopping at five for a moment to look at something like a tree or rock, and continuing on. After taking the ten steps you need to sit down. When your mind is totally relaxed within it’s relaxed self you are in a complete state of gnosis.

When you want to snap out of it just do something loud and spontaneous, like laugh, scream, or yell something.

This is my favorite technique for reaching gnosis as it heals the mind and body as well as allowing me to make fantasy reality.

Laughter: The Power of Emotion

This technique will generally serve as a climax and post-ritual banishing if done correctly. Best combined with a mantrical sigil chanted throughout the working with laughter at the end.

The laughter should be the strongest, craziest laughter you can muster. It has to contain extremely powerful emotion in order to allow you to reach gnosis with it. Practice is the key, crazy, uncontrolled laughter puts our minds into a blackout stage. So like the orgasm, you have to stay focused.

Believe it or not, your mind actually restricts you from laughing as hard as you’d like. Because of the social issues that can arise from loss of control. The Primal Scream Rite helps you break through that barrier in magical working.
