Sad News In Tommy Land...

 

Apparently somebody named Thomas felt that Tommy Sweet was a site about him and has threatened to shut the site down just because he thinks the Tommy Emporium staff used his picture. Well, leave it to an ignorant egomaniac to ruin other peoples fun because he looks bad in a bathing suit. On top of his legal threats he has made several physical threats, and told me, quote

"Meet me at the playground after school and I'm going to punch your lights out...I know karate"

Interestingly enough this whiny Tommy impersonater also has a band, and he also plays the bass. Unfortunately, his bass playing leaves much to be desired and the live shows are for the most part frequented by vagrants and hookers looking to buy clean urine. It's a shame that a site with such a large fan base has to go on indefinite leave, and I know you'll all be sad.

BUT KNOW THIS: I am going to actively seek out Tommy and take pictures of him whenever I can. I am going to take these pictures and put them on bus stops, street lights, and next to my bed when I sleep. I will give them to anyone that asks. I also have a picture of his girlfriend.

Truely a thought that can only be properly puncuated with an ASCII sadface. I think sometimes we all feel a little :-(

Which brings me back to the main point. I am so deeply :-( that this site has to take a vacation. The sun sets on a brilliant idea, once again, because somebody somewhere is crying. Please visit Tommy Impersonater's livejournal and tell him what you think of the sight closing down.
