This semester is becoming my science/math semester. I've got calculus, macro economics, micro economics, french, and drawing. Yay for me. It's interesting, because last semester was much heavier into the humanities side of college. I guess that's just how I work. Or just how it turned out. Whatever.
Sorry about that! Maybe I should just have a special section especially for rants. I also need to put up some webcomic links. Most definately.
Who am I anyway? Well, my name's Katherine, and I'm currently living in the Midwest (USA). I currently am involved in UWMBDA (UW-Madison Ballroom Dancing Association), and having a great time in it! I love art, and will get around to doing a webcomic. Eventually. You know how those things go ;) I have three main ideas, and several secondary ideas, for comics (or graphic novels, because humor is not really my style, however much I enjoy it) I love the technical aspects of theatre, in particular costuming and special effects makeup. More to be added soon!
Remember me telling you about "more coming soon"? Well here is part 1 of "more". So I recently got a new alarm clock (more specifically, recieved one as a gift). It's this massive three-piece set with a good-sized control panel. (too bad the programmer was Tainted by Evil as well as Other Narcotic/Hallucinogenic Substances when he set the darn thing up, so it's a daunting task just to set the time, despite over ten buttons. Luckily, it comes with a hefty manual on how to use the ridiculous machine (two pages on how to set the alarm. I mean seriously, TWO PAGES. Just of steps! They don't go into elaborate detail or anything. It actually takes that long to program. *sigh*).
But that's not the point. Despite the difficulties of the radio, the manual DID clarify something I've been having no end of diffictulies with. I hope this helps you as much as it helps me.
