Skills Guide With this Skill guide I'll give you all the skills for each character and what they do along with my rating and a review. Skills used by all Characters Encumbrance - Lowers target's Money Bonus by X% for X turn(s) - It's good fun to place on people you hate - 8/10 Enfeeble - Lower target's attack by X% for X turn(s) - Only use if someone wants you dead - 6/10 Stealth - Raises target's defense by X% for X turn(s) - Refer to Enfeeble - 8/10 Empower - Raises target's attack by X% for X turn(s) - Good when you want to stomp someone flat - 9/10 Confusion - Lowers target's defense by X% for X turns - Refer to Empower - 9/10 Adrenaline - X more attack turn(s) for X turn(s) - A must have, very good in high levels - 10/10 Indestructible Bag - Items invunerable for X turn(s) - Another must have, again very good in high levels - 10/10 Bribe Banker - Increase Money Bonus by X% for X turn(s) - Meh, I think income items are better - 6/10 Increased Security - Prevents bank from being robbed for X turn(s) - Only used when you have a huge load of money, situational - 7/10 Bank Robbery - Steals X% of targets bank for X turn(s) - Haha, people don't like Outwar for making this - 10/10 Gangster Only Skills Bomb Scare - Disable target's bank for X turn(s) - I don't see a real advantage - 4/10 Illusion - Invunerable when attacked for X turn(s) - This is litteraly the BEST skill on Outwar - 10/10 Money Laundering - Steals X0% of money from target's attacks for X turn(s) - Its funny to put on people then tell them to attack this person for money lol - 8/10 Monster Only Skills Blind - Disables target's attack list for X turn(s) - It's a very situational skill, used when someone wants to beat the hell out of you - 7.5/10 Ambush - Target's crew members cannot come to aid - Again, very situational - 5/10 Spiked Flesh - Causes X0,000 damage to anyone who attacks you for X turn(s) - WOW, It's GREAT! A Monster version of Illusion - 10/10 Masterful Looting - X% more loot when attacking for X turn(s) - Better in higher levels - 8/10 Pop Star Only Skills Evil Twin - Does up to X% of your total damage for X turn(s) - Good when you get into higher levels - 7/10 Celebrity Status - X% off items in store - Wow this is pretty good, I like this one - 9/10 Poison Dart - Causes X,000 amount of damage when target attacks or defends - It's not THAT great - 6/10 |
