Option 1: 1/10 x 1/10 x 1/10 = 1/1000 or 0.1% This option is for one ticket, it costs $10,000. Option 2: 10/10 x 10/10 x 10/10 = 1000/1000 or 100% Buying every ticket from 000-999. Not only will you probably not get back what you paid, but it would take a VERY long time to buy those tickets. $10,000,000. Option 3: 5/10 x 5/10 x 5/10 = 125/1000 or 1.25% Getting all even numbers (0,2,4,6,8) on every card one day and getting all odd (1,3,5,7,9) the next. $1,250,000. Maybe.
