Monday-30 leg pumps before breakfast,Pe last period, 30 leg pumps and 30 push ups and running on spot for 5 minutes right before dinner---Tusday-50 leg pumps when ever during the Day-----------Wednesday-Basketball Practice,30 leg pumps right before dinner----------------Thursday--30 leg pumps right before dinner-------------Friday--Basketball game,30 leg pumps straight after the game-------------------------------------------------Saturday--30 leg pumps at Breakfast if sunny Go shot some hoops and have a game with freinds for atleasted 2-4 hours,if rainning Stay home and do 300 leg pumps during the Day Sunday 40 leg pumps
