Many people have been claiming that I have copied Jiggawot's "Ceramina". Here are Ceramina and Kastaelia for you to compare. You will clearly note that,though similar (they're both rabbits),
Kastaelia is neither based on nor is a modification of Ceramina. She is a completely separate and distinct artistic work and is in no way a derivative work of Cermina.
Even if she *was* a work based on Ceramina,Kastaelia is still legally and ethically defensible as she constitutes a "fair use" of Ceramina's likeness and image.
For all these reasons, I consider myself morally and legally justified in producing and promulgating Kastelia.
Finally, Jiggawot herself had ripped off other artists. Her Syralai was very closely derived from this image which pre-dates her work and constitutes a clear instance of prior art. Her draik is a much closer copy of the original
work than mine is of hers
